One of my favourite things about CrossFit Logic is the capped classes- no more than 12 people per session means each person is getting the individual attention from the coach that they need to make sure their form and technique is bang on! Workouts are always fun, challenging and different. I have hit so many new PB’s since training here and am glad to be a part of such an awesome crew!

We moved from another CF box in Brisbane when we relocated to the Sunny Coast – and I had some expectations of what I was looking for in a new box…..CF Logic has surpassed all my expectations. The box owner/coach Steve is passionate about running a fantastic facility, with quality coaching as well as some fun along the way! I have only just started with CrossFit Logic and have felt very welcomed. I have always loved exercise but needed a place to go where I could just switch off from the world and be challenged. Steve and Emily have been fantastic coaches and very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I am looking forward to reaching my goals and being part of the CrossFit Logic family. After being stuck in a bit of a training rut I gave CrossFit Logic a try and I’m so glad I did. The coaches were very welcoming from the moment I walked through the door and backed it up by being incredibly professional. The workouts are varied and challenging which is keeping me interested and keeping me on my toes.
