CFL High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes:

Description
CFL HIIT are held twice a week, Tuesday & Friday for 45min each. The sessions provide a group training environment with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer conducting them. Classes are designed as a circuit with basic CrossFit bodyweight & some light weight movements as well as the Concept II Rower. NO Barbells & NO scoring, just get in, sweat hard and have fun! An unsupervised kids area is provided so you don’t have to pay crèche, as long as you are prepared to drop in & out of the circuit to attend to your child.

10 Session Pass – $100 (3 month expiry)
5 Session Pass – $60 (2 month expiry)
Drop in – $20
