CFL HIIT classes are held twice a week for 45min each. The sessions provide a group training environment with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer conducting them. Classes are designed as a circuit with basic CrossFit bodyweight & some light weight movements as well as the Concept II Rower. NO Barbells & NO scoring, just get in, sweat hard and have fun! An unsupervised kids area is provided so you don’t have to pay crèche, as long as you are prepared to drop in & out of the circuit to attend to your child. This is also a good option to dip your toe into CrossFit training if you are not sure about starting CrossFit.
