CrossFit classes is when the Workout of the Day (WOD) is held, classes are scheduled 4 times a day on weekdays and once on Saturday.  The CrossFit program is a Core Strength & Conditioning program that will ensure you are trained to become physically prepared for everyday needs. The classes provide a group training environment capped at 12 per class with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer conducting them, giving technical guidance through the programmed workouts.

The CrossFit program encompasses everything you need to succeed; each day you will be warmed up, coached and technique corrected, motivated, educated, have your training programmed for you and your progress recorded and monitored through the Wodify performance tracking software.

The CrossFit program is included in the CrossFit Unlimited Membership
