CrossFit classes are when the Workout of the Day (WOD) is held, classes are scheduled 4 times a day on Monday to Friday and once on Saturday. The CrossFit program is a Core Strength & Conditioning program that will ensure you are trained to become physically prepared for everyday needs. The classes provide a group training environment with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer conducting them, giving technical guidance through the programmed workouts.
The CrossFit program encompasses everything you need to succeed; each day you will be warmed up, coached and technique corrected, motivated, educated, have your training programmed for you and your progress recorded and can be monitored through Beyond The Whiteboard performance tracking software.
