Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a specialty class held twice a week to focus on body control. A skills based class to break down the advanced gymnastics movements of CrossFit and build the foundations. This will help you progress quicker and be able to perform movements such as hollow rocks, ring dips, kipping toes to bar, kipping pull ups, bar muscle ups & ring muscle ups.

Gymnastics program is included in the CrossFit Unlimited Membership
