Gymnastics Workshops

CrossFit Logic Gymnastics Workshop is a 2.5 hours speciality workshop held every quarter to focus on body control.

A skills based class to break down the advanced gymnastics movements of CrossFit and build the foundations. This will help you progress quicker and be able to perform movements such as hollow rocks, ring dips, kipping toes to bar, kipping pull ups, bar muscle ups & ring muscle ups.

Head Coach Steve Stockley, CrossFit Gymnastics and CrossFit Games Coach, along with Coach Emily Crawford , pull together over 10 years of experience as Coaches & Athletes for this in depth workshop.

Each participate will re-learn all aspects of gymnastics in a way that will make sense, give fresh perspective in a fun and practical workshop.

The BEGINNER athlete will learn the correct body shapes as a solid foundation.
The INTERMEDIATE athlete will also learn how to master movement and body strength with fault correction to create power and momentum from the basic shapes.
The ADVANCED athlete will also learn exercises that will improve their stability & mobility to maximise unbroken sets with fluent transitions. Getting the most out of your strength with the least amount of effort.

All athletes, gym junkies, CrossFit connoisseurs, cardio queens and power lifting punks are welcome to join us!
