Open Gym is a time for you to do whatever you want! A CrossFit Coach will be present to supervise however they will not be conducting a class or to be a PT. This is a time for you to catch up on a WOD you may have missed during the week, or practice a certain skill that you have learnt in a CrossFit, Gymnastics or Olympic Lifting class. Also this is a perfect time to work on your weaknesses and mobility to prepare for your next CrossFit class.
The CrossFit program is included in the CrossFit Unlimited Membership
