CrossFit Part Time Membership

  • Limited to 3 x CrossFit classes per week
  • Pay as you go, there are NO contracts!
  • 24 x CrossFit classes per week to choose from.
  • Capped sessions of 12. (No Cap on Saturday 7am CrossFit, more the merrier!)
  • Wodify account to track progress & food journal online with PC or mobile.
  • Regular Progress Check Ups with a Coach to make sure you are staying on track and getting results.


If your time poor or not sure about taking on just CrossFit, this is for you! 3 CrossFit classes per week will still see you make progress and you can choose from any of the 24 CrossFit classes Monday to Saturday. If want to ramp up your training and get access to the speciality Gymnastics & Olympic Lifting classes , you can upgrade to Unlimited Membership at any time!

Training Fees

$45 per week by EziDebit – direct debit weekly or fortnightly – Bank & Credit Card transaction fees apply.

$195 per month by EziDebit – direct debit monthly – Bank & Credit Card transaction fees apply.
